Removing the connecting pipe
6. Release the screws and remove
the heating water return
connecting pipe 7.
7. Remove the spring clip 8 and
the return temperature sensor 9
from the old connecting pipe 7
and fit with the new O ring to the
new connecting pipe 7.
8. Connect the new heating water
return connecting pipe 7 to the
heat exchanger and secure it with
the screw.
9. Install the heat exchanger 6 in
the boiler and secure it with the
hexagon nuts.
10. Assemble the boiler in reverse
order.
Insert a new flat gasket on the
gas supply pipe.
11. Fill the boiler with water, flush
out and check for leaks.
