Quinoa
Pilaf
Ingredients
2 cups quinoa
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 shallot, minced
4 cups chicken or vegetable
broth
1 sprig thyme
1 bay leaf
Directions
1.
Place the Inner Pot in the appliance.

Select the Rice setting.
3.
Rinse the quinoa.
Add the olive oil and shallot and sauté for 1 minute.

Add the quinoa and coat with the butter and onion.
6.
Add the broth, thyme, and bay leaf.
7.
Cover with the Glass Lid.
8.
The rice can be served immediately when the
cooking process is complete or the rice can be kept
warm in the appliance. Remove the bay leaf and thyme
before serving.
