NOTE-
REMOTE KEY FOB- Must Be IN Vehicle for IGNITION to Work.
BATTERY CHARGER- Should NOT be Connected when ENGINE
AFTER START- Do NOT Race the Engine, operate Engine &
Transmission gently until the Oil Warms Up.
NOTE-
Cruise Control Switch- Located (Left Side) of Steering Wheel.
Cruise Control does Not Work (Below) 25 MPH.
Cruise Control will Disengage if;
If (TCS) begins to limit Wheel Spin.
o
If (TCS) is turned OFF.
o
If (ESC) is turned OFF.
o
If (BRAKES) are applied.
o
If (CRUISE CONTROL SWITCH) is Turned Off.
o
If (N-NEUTRAL) on Transmission is Selected
o
(ON-OFF) -CRUISE CONTROL (SYSTEM)
1- Press-(Right Side of Cruise Control Switch)
2- WHITE Indicator Light comes ON in Instrument Cluster.
SET CRUISE CONTROL SPEED-
1- Turn (SYSTEM) ON- Press- (Right Side of Cruise Control Switch)
2- WHITE Indicator Light comes ON in Instrument Cluster.
3- Get up to Desired Speed.
4- Press- (SET) Button on Steering Wheel
5- GREEN Indicator Light comes ON in Instrument Cluster
RESUMING A SET SPEED-
Once vehicle above 25 MPH- Press- (+RES) Button
INCREASING SPEED WHILE USING CRUISE CONTROL-
Press/Hold- (+RES) until desired speed is reached or Press/Briefly-
(+RES) to increase speed 1 MPH per Press.
REDUCING SPEED WHILE USING CRUISE CONTROL-
Press/Hold- (SET) until desired speed is reached or Press/Briefly- (SET)
to decrease speed 1 MPH per Press.
PASSING A VEHICLE USING CRUISE CONTROL-
Use Accelerator Pedal to increase speed, when foot is let off
accelerator, speed will slow to previously set cruise control speed.
To set the Increased Speed in Cruise Control- Press (SET)
1- If Paddle Shifter NOT used, Cruise Control operates like in (D) mode.
2- If Gear Is Changed with Paddle Shifter while Cruise Control is Active- the
Vehicle Speed is maintained in the Driver Selected Gear and will NOT
automatically Upshift or automatically Downshift the Transmission.
3- If Hilly Terrain in MANUAL MODE, Cruise Control May NOT be able to
maintain Cruise Control Speed unless the Driver Upshifts or Downshifts,
selecting Proper Gear for the Terrain or Selects (D-DRIVE) for full
automatic Transmission Operation.
DRIVING (MISC)
STARTING or ENGINE SHUTDOWN.
