Check the label inside your unit to verify the model number.

The two circuit board revisions that are covered by this recall look like this:
1. READ AND FOLLOW ALL SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
2. Turn off electricity at fuse or circuit breaker before proceeding.
3. All work should be performed by qualified personnel.
