FOR HYDROCARBON REFRIGERATION UNITS WARNING This unit uses R-290 (propane), or R-600a (isobutane) as a refrigerant. These hydrocarbon refrigerants are highly environmentally compatible but also are flammable and combustible. Please read this manual thoroughly before installing and operating the unit. Please take cautious measures to avoid risk of fire or explosion. PLEASE REFER TO THE LABEL INSIDE THE CABINET TO CHECK REFRIGERATION TYPE AND VOLUME. - Page 5 FOR HYDROCARBON REFRIGERATION UNITS WARNING • Handle the unit with care in order to avoid any serious damage to the refrigeration system. • The refrigerant tubing, condenser, and evaporator coils are prone to damage while handling, moving, installing, and cleaning the unit, which may lead to fire or even explosion.

Incorrect insulation of the electrical parts may cause fire or electric shock. • Do not plug several appliances into the same sockets. If there is concealed damage after uncrating and the crate was in good condition, you must contact Turbo Air's Customer Service. Concealed damage must be reported within 24 hours of receiving unit. The bill of lading must be sent to the claim department and pictures of the unit and crating may be requested. -

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Level and set your sushi cases in place. Connect all necessary electrical connections. Your sushi cases should now be ready for use. POWER SWITCH (SAK-50*-N, SAK-60*-N, SAK-70*-N) Located at the bottom of rear panel. POWER SWITCH (SAS-50*-N, SAS-60*-N, SAS-70*-N) Located at the Top of rear panel. -

TROUBLESHOOTING For any problems concerning your unit, please refer to the following check list. If you are still experiencing problems or have questions, please call the Customer Service line at 1-800-381-7770. . SUSHI CASES NOT FUNCTIONING a.
