Insert stoppers (7) and headboard slats (C & D) into the holes of the bottom panel (E) as shown below. Secure the bottom panel (E) to the headboard post (A) using bolt (1) as shown. Use Allen Key (4) to tighten the bolt.

Attach the left side rail (H) to slats (L, M & K). Secure center support slat (K) to left side rail (H) with bolts (1) and Allen key (4).
