5.0 WARTUNG UND INSTANDHALTUNG
Bei Betriebsunterbrechungen länger als 1 Tag oder bei
Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten an der Elektrik:
Umfüllpumpe vom elektrischen Netz trennen = Netzstec-
ker ziehen.
Wird die Umfüllpumpe längere Zeit nicht benutzt:
Einmal monatlich Probelauf durchführen.

5.1 Instandhaltungsintervalle
Nach DIN 31 051:
Inspektion
= Feststellen des Ist-Zustandes
Wartung
= Maßnahmen zur Bewahrung des
Soll-Zustandes
Instandsetzung = Maßnahmen zur Wiederherstellung
des Soll-Zustandes
Instandhaltung = Inspektion, Wartung, ggf. Instand-
setzung
Die Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen nur von Fachleuten aus-
führen lassen.
Der Abschluss eines Service-Vertrages mit dem Dräger-
Service wird empfohlen.
Ersatzteile, soweit sie bei den Wartungs- und Instandset-
zungsarbeiten nicht aufgeführt sind, entsprechend der
mitgelieferten Ersatzteilliste bestellen.
Bei erster Inbetriebnahme:
— Umfüllpumpe und Installation dichtprüfen.
Täglich bei Inbetriebnahme:
— Entsprechend dem Betriebsstundenzähler prüfen, ob
weitere Arbeiten fällig sind.
Alle 25 Betriebsstunden, mindestens einmal im
Monat:
— Sicherheitsventil(e) überprüfen.
— Antriebselemente (Zahnriemenzustand, Festsitz der
Zahnräder) sichtprüfen.
— Verschluss 1 am Kühler öffnen (siehe Bild 4) und kon-
trollieren, ob Kondenswasser (durch schlechte Sauer-
stoffqualität) im System ist.
Gegebenenfalls das Wasser ablassen – Verschluss 1
dichtsetzen und dichtprüfen – System spülen.

5.0 MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
In the case of operating conditions lasting longer than
1 day or in the case of maintenance and repair work to
the electrical system:
Disconnect the transfer pump from the electrical system =
remove the power plug.
If the transfer pump is not used for a relatively long
period:
Test run the pump once a month.
5.0 MAINTENANCE AND
SERVICING
5.1 Servicing intervals
As defined in DIN 31 051:
Inspection
= Determining the actual condition
Maintenance = Action to preserve the specified
condition
Repair
= Action to restore the specified condition
Servicing
= Inspection, maintenance and if
necessary repair
Servicing must only be carried out by suitably trained
experts.
We recommend that you take out a service contract with
DrägerService.
If not listed in the maintenance and repair operations,
spare parts must be ordered in accordance with the
supplied spares list.
On starting up for the first time:
— Seal the transfer pump and installation.
Every day, on starting up:
— Check the operating hours counter to determine
whether any additional servicing actions are due.
Every 25 operating hours, or at least once a month:
— Check the safety valve(s).
— Conduct a visual inspection of the drive components
(condition of toothed belt, firm seating of toothed belt
pulleys etc.).
— Open selaing plug 1 on the radiator (see figure 4) and
check whether condensation water is in the system
(due to poor oxygen quality).
If necessary drain off the water – seal the plug 1 and
check for leaks. Flush the system.
