Cause and Measures
- Before rinsing, the appliance spins to drain out any
- If the appliance detects an unbalanced load, it
automatically starts rinsing to correct the imbalance.
- If excess foam remains after washing, the water is
the foam detection function.
- This is normal. When the appliance detects an
unbalanced load, it automatically tries to correct it.
- The laundry may be too light.
Try adding one or two bath towels.
- Some foam or water may remain depending on the
state of the laundry or the amount of detergent used.
Wipe foam or water away before taking out the laundry.
- The display is only a guide and is corrected continually.
- The remaining time may increase if the rinse or spin
settings are changed or if the appliance detects an
unbalanced load and makes an adjustment accordingly.
- The amount of foam varies depending on the
temperature, level and softness of the water.
The following can result in less foam
- Powdered detergent may have been put directly into
the drum.
It should be put into the detergent drawer. (P. 12)
- Too little detergent may have been used.
- Low foam detergent may be used.
- The laundry may be heavily soiled.
- The load may be large.
The following can result in more foam
- Too much detergent may have been used.
