- Page 4 ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS Unpack the contents of the box and check to make sure that all items are accounted for and in good condition. Select a flat, level surface for the assembly and final location of your fountain. Place the pedestal on a flat, level surface, lead the power cord through the pipe in the middle of the fountain basin and through the hole of the pedestal, make it go through the pedestal to the very bottom and pull it out through the power cord slot, align the arrow sign on both the fountain basin and the pedestal, and then twist the basin to the pedestal clockwise until the parts are secured together.
