OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the
instruction book carefully.
INTENDED USE
The machine is intended for sawing wood,
plastic, metal and building materials while
resting firmly on the workpiece. It is suitable
for straight and curved cuts. The saw blade
recommendations are to be observed.
1. INSERT / FITTING THE SAW BLADE
NOTE: Remove the plug from the socket
before carrying out any adjustment,
servicing or maintenance.
a) Use the supplied hexagon-socket spanner
to undo the two screws on the ram.
b) Slide the saw blade into the guide slot and
up to the stop between the piston rod and
the retention clip.
c) Use the supplied hexagon-socket spanner
to tighten the two screws. The teeth of the
saw blade must face in cutting direction.
Make sure that the saw blade sits firmly.

NOTE: For best cutting results, ensure
you use a blade suited to the material and
cutting quality you need.
2. SETTING THE CUTTING ANGLE
a) Release the clamp screws in the base
using the Hexagon- socket spanner 9.
b) Set the cutting angle 0° / 15° / 30° / 45°
(left / right) on the base plate . The
embossed marking for each recessed
line indicates the cutting angle setting.

c) Tighten the clamp screw using the
hexagon- socket spanner 11.
3. SWITCHING ON / OFF
Depress the on/off switch to start and
release to stop your tool.
Depress the on/off switch then the switch
lock on button. Your tool is now locked on
for continuous use. To switch off your tool,
depress the on/off switch and release.
4. Adjust the cutting speed:
Your tool is equipped with a variable
speed dial (9). The blade stroke rate may
be adjusted during cutting operation by
presetting the dial on or between any one
of the six numbers.
Setting SPM rating (strokes per minute):
0-1. Low stroke--- Application: steel
2-3. Medium stroke--- Application: soft
metal, hardwood
4-5. High stroke--- Application: plastic,
wood
