Further details regarding the individual steps
We recommend that the domestic
ventilation system is checked for the
following characteristics:
■ Clear cross-section of outdoor air inlet
and exhaust air outlet.
■ Sizing and routing of ducts according
to the design.
■ Correct equipment installation and
attachment of ducts, silencers, air dis-
tribution boxes, ventilation and extract
air apertures.

Starting the Vitovent

Plug the Vitovent power plug into safety
sockets with separate fuse/MCB protec-
tion (230 V/50 Hz).

Setting the language, time and date

The selected language flashes during
commissioning after the Vitovent has
been started.
Delivered condition: "Deutsch"

Commissioning, inspection, maintenance

The duct system can be cleaned, if
required, via the ventilation and extract
air apertures.
