- Page 3 BATTERY INSTALLATION Press in at tab on battery door and pull upward to open front of compartment. Insert two fresh “D” size alkaline batteries (not included) as shown. Close door. Replace the batteries when the booster no longer propels the car through the set. For best performance, use only alkaline batteries. ON/OFF SWITCH Push fingers through holes on bottom to remove batteries.
