9. Make Sure the Lower Anchor
Strap is Routed Under the
SnugLock
The lower anchor strap should lie as
flat as possible and not be twisted.
10. Attach Lower Anchor Connectors to
Vehicle's Lower Anchors
Make sure the arrows are pointing up.
Lower anchor strap should not be twisted.
If twisted, you will not be able to tighten
the strap.
