10. Make Sure the Lower Anchor
strap is Routed Under the
SnugLock Lock-Off
®
The lower anchor strap should lie as
flat as possible and not be twisted.
Make sure the lower anchor strap is
in front of the buckle strap when the
buckle is in the inner-most position,
and behind when in the outer-most
position.
