SYSTEM OPERATION COOLING OPERATION How it works: In cooling mode, your sophia indoor unit will absorb heat from the room, then the Sophia outdoor unit will discharge the heat to the outdoors. The sophia cooling capacity decreases as the outdoor temperature increases. This causes the ali ce to work harder and longer to hold the selected room temperature.
