Notice:
Please unpack and take off the plastic sheet before using.
Make sure that turn off the switch box before connect the cables.
Attach a switch with fuse of specified capacity or no-fuse breaker (or leakage breaker) to
the switch box for each welding source.
Use the cable which is more than 16mm
If use the dynamo, then its facility is more thrice than that of power source.

Remark:
The length of welding cable=the length of electrode holder+ the length of base metal cable
(2) Grounding
Keep well grounding, would prevent form electric shock and misaction of equipment
caused by high-frequency electric wave generated by power source controller.
Check the grounding cable and grounding terminal elaborately, refering to the
inspection points mentioned in DAILY INSPECTION. Make sure reconnect the cable
after turning off the switch box.
(3) Equipment and Material Necessary for Welding
Please prepare these equipment and material before welding as the following:
Electrode holder and base metal cable (self-prepared, according to the table 4.2)
(4) Installation and place
The following conditions should be met for proper operation of the machine.
Indoors free from moisture, dust or dirt.
In a place not exposed to direct sunlight or rainfall.
In a place where ambient temperature is between -10~40℃
In a place 20cm or more apart from the wall.
In a place where the welder will not subject to any abnormal vibration or impact.
In a place free from vaporous oil or harmful corrosive gas
When installing two or more units, they should be separated 30cm or more from each
other.
if it is more than 10m.
