8、Maintenance and Inspection
To fully act the performance of this machine and continue safely work every day, it is
important to carry out daily inspection and periodic inspection.
When carrying out maintenance/inspection, be sure to turn off the switch box and confirm
safety. Except for you need to inspect during power-on. Otherwise, it may lead to a serious
accident affecting safety of the human body, such as an electric shock, burn, etc.
（1） Detach the top board.
Remove the bolts on the side boards and detach the side boards.

Remove 2 bolts and 2 eyebolts on the top board and draw out the top by uplifting its

foreside.
（2） Daily Inspection
Please deal with these troubles in time or contact your dealer for help at detecting some
abnormity during the inspection.
Is there any extraordinary vibration or noise or smell?

 Is there any hot evidence in the connection between the cables?
Is the fan work smoothly after power switch on?

 Does the power switch work correctly?
Are the connection and insulation of the cables correct?

Are there any faults in all cables?

（3） Periodic Inspection Items about every 3 or 6 months
Electric connection

Check the bolts whether fasten and the ill-insulation both in the input side and output side.
Is there any hot evidence in the connection between the cables?

Make sure that the power source grounding firmly.
The inside of the power source

If the radiator is covered by a lot of dust, it won't emit hot unhindered that may be bad for
semiconductor or transistor. In additional, the dust accumulated among the winding of the
transformer also disadvantages the insulation. So keep clear the inside with dry compressed
air by detaching the top and side boards at least every 6 months.
Make sure that refasten the top and side boards after clearing. Pay attention to that unfasten
these boards may invalidate the cooling of the fan and lead to the transformer and
semiconductor broken.
Before inspecting the inside of machine, be sure to turn off the switch box and
confirm that electric charges have been discharged completely from the capacitor using
a tester or other testing devices. The capacitor remains charged for approximately five
minutes after the power switch turned off.
