1. Power switch--------------------Switch ON/OFF the power
2. Power display lamp------------Will light when turn on the power switch.
3. Standby display lamp---------Will light when do not weld after turn on or stop weld in about
8 minutes; will go out, the welding machine switches to normal working mode when
welding again or re-start power switch.
4. Welding current adjustor-------Regulates the welding current.
5. Arc force current adjustor------Regulates the arc force current.
6. Arc start current adjustor-------Regulates the arc start current.
7. Warning lamp of over-temperature--- when the machine is overloaded, the lamp blinks once
per second and the output of the welding machine stops.
*The machine returns to normal automatically (the lamp goes out and welding machine
outputs normally) after the power source is cooled down.
8. Warning lamp of abnormal voltage-------when under- or over-voltage happens, the lamp is
lit and the output of the machine stops. When one the phases is lack, the lamp blinks twice
per second rapidly and the output of the welding machine stops.
*When two phases failure happens individually or simultaneously, there is nor display or
output from the machine.
*Once the input of the welding machine exceeds 477V, the machine runs into protection
state, which can not be resumed to normal autonomously. Please turn off the power switch.
After the input is normal, please switch on the machine and then the machine can work
normally; When under-voltage (lower than 353V) or phase lack happens, the machine is
able to return the normal state automatically.
9. Control switch -------When using remote controller, please switch it to REMOTE,otherwise,
switch it to RANEL.
10. Prevent electric shock switch---Switch it to ON, that will protect the operator against
electric shock.
It's advised that set this switch to ON when welding in the moist, upper-air or
strait condition or in the metal container.
The no-load voltage will be about 13V with the switch to ON.
11. Display A/V switch------------The meter will display output current with this switch to A
(Display the presetting current at no-load). The meter will display output voltage with this
switch to V (Display the no-load voltage at no-load).
12. Welding method switch -------When welding by Electrode holder, please switch it to
STICK, when welding by Gouging, switch it to GOUGING.
13. Meter------------------It will display the current or voltage.
