To view and confirm your drive status
1. Press the Win + R keys on your keyboard to open Run
2. Type: diskmgmt.msc

1. Download the factory firmware image ZIP file from the link at the bottom of these instructions
(it is named "IPG100_RCV.zip").
2. Unzip this file to the root directory of an empty USB flash drive. The unzipped folder must be labeled
"IPG100_RCV" and reside within the root directory of the USB flash drive, as shown in the following image.
