Browse by Icon Option
To use the Browse by Icon option, click on Options (See fi g. MS-
2g ) to open the Options window. Choose Browse by

Icon from the "File Open Preference" section of the window. This
option allows the viewer to see thumbnails of the designs in a
directory.
Read using Browse by Icon
Click the Read button to open the Select by Icons window. The
"Sort By" function sorts designs by name or by fi le extension.
Click on the arrow under Directory to show the listing of the
subdirectories on the computer. Select the Directory that contains
the desired designs (note the image below).
