To hide a file using the site map, you must mark the file as hidden. When you hide a file, its links are also hidden.
When you display a file marked as hidden, the icon and its links are visible in the site map, but the names appear in
italics.
Note: By default, dependent files are already hidden.
Mark files as hidden in the site map

In the site map, select one or more files.
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh), then select Show/Hide Link.

Unmark files marked as hidden in the site map
In the site map, select one or more files and do one of the following:
Right-click (Windows) or Control-click (Macintosh) in the site map, then select Show/Hide Link.
In the collapsed Files panel (Window > Files), click the options menu in the upper-right corner, then select View >
Site Map Options > Show Files Marked As Hidden.
In the collapsed Files panel (Window > Files), click the options menu in the upper-right corner, then select View >
Site Map Options > Show/Hide Link.
Show or hide hidden files in the site map
In the collapsed (default) Files panel (Window > Files), click the options menu in the upper-right corner and select
View > Site Map Options > Show Files Marked As Hidden.
Show dependent files in the site map

In the collapsed (default) Files panel (Window > Files), click the options menu in the upper-right corner.
Select View > Site Map Options > Show Dependent Files.

Save the site map as an image
You can save the site map as an image and view the image in (or print it from) an image editor.
In the collapsed (default) Files panel (Window > Files), click the options menu in the upper-right corner, then

select File > Save Site Map.
Enter a name in the File Name text box.

In the File Type menu, select .bmp or .png.
Select a location to save the file, enter a name for the image, and click Save.

Set site map layout preferences
You can customize the appearance of your site map.

Choose Site > Manage Sites, and click Edit.
