Unlock the Ignition Switch in an Emergency

Set up to ID number input mode
Check the ID number on the ID tag.

You can input your ID number by pressing
the start button when the ignition switch is in
the (Off), (Lock) or SEAT position.
Push and hold the start button for more than
4 seconds. The Honda SMART Key indicator
starts blinking.
Push the start button while the Honda
SMART Key indicator is blinking, then the
buzzer rings once.
This means that you can input the ID
number. Input the ID number on the ID tag
in order from the left in turn by pressing the
start button.
The ID number is authenticated according to
the number of times the start button is
pushed.
