TRENCHER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS:
Put trencher in position.
Turn fuel on. Use choke when starting engine if necessary.
Allow engine to warm up for 2-3 minutes, then bring engine speed up with the throttle.
Stand behind the push handle and lower trencher by turning the crank handle counter-clock-
wise to required depth. Keep left hand on the handle for stability.
Push trencher forward to end of your trench.
NOTE: If in hard ground, roots and other problem areas. DO NOT try and force
machine. Let the cutting blade do the cutting. Over pushing may cause
the blade to bog-down.
INSTRUCT operator to back off immovable objects to eliminate early teeth breakage.
Raise the blade by turning crank handle clockwise until cutting blade is completely out of the
ground.
Stop the engine and turn the fuel off before moving the machine.
DO NOT use disc blade trenchers with missing teeth. If you do, this will increase the
possibility of engine vibration.
