4. Open the tabs on the handle connectors and adjust
the top handle to the desired position. Lock in
position by closing the tabs. (Fig. 6 & Fig. 7)

5. Remove the spring pin from the crank rod. (Fig. 8)
6. Install the crank rod through the center plate and
insert it into the opening at the back of the housing
with holes aligned. (Fig. 9 & Fig. 10)
