Operation
LED (Labeled D-26 on the receiver board) (e) start
flashing red. The remote will also begin flashing red and
green.When both are flashing press the button on the
receiver board (c). Once the flashing LED turns solid
green, the system is linked together and ready to use.
• Release button on the Receiver and release the button
on the Transmitter.
• Place the Receiver back into the enclosure.
• Replace the battery cover on back of remote.
Cutter Wheel Engagement
BEFORE ENGAGING THE CUTTER WHEEL, THE
OPERATOR MUST ENSURE THE AREA IS CLEAR
OF ANYONE OR ANYTHING THAT MAY BE HARMED
BY THE CUTTER WHEEL, OR FLYING DEBRIS.
To engage the cutter wheel via remote control. Operator must
depress Deadman switch (14) and the Cutter On switch (9)
Command Cut®
The Command Cut® is only on while cutter wheel is
engaged
Swing Speed Manual Adjustment

The Command Cut® valve (shown above) is equipped with
a manual overide.To adjust the Command Cut® speed turn
the adjustment knob shown above (a) clockwise to increase
the swing speed. To reduce swing speed, turn the adjustment
knob counter clockwise. The Command Cut® valve is located
next to the hydraulic tank.

Track Expansion / Retract
TRACKS SHOULD BE EXPANDED TO 51" WIDTH
AT ALL TIMES UNLESS REQUIRED TO REDUCE
WIDTH TO GAIN ENTRY INTO A NARROW
SPACE. OPERATING MACHINE WITH TRACKS
LESS THAN 51" WIDE INCREASES THE RISK OF
MACHINE ROLLOVER. MACHINE SHOULD NOT BE
OPERATED WITH TRACKS LESS THAN 51" ON ANY
UNEVEN TERRAIN.
• Place machine on level ground
• Lift machine with blade and boom to elevate tracks
• Expand tracks to full 51" or retract tracks to less than 36"
• Lower machine to ground
Blade Transition for Transporting
The RG74T-R comes equipped with a 50 1/2" wide blade.
For convenience of trasporting through gates, or to load and
unload on and off a trailer, the blade has wings (1) that can
swing in to be only 34 1/2" wide.

To swing the blade wings inward, pull the clevis pins (2)
located on the back side of the blade. Simply turn the wings
inward, reinstall the clevis pins at holes (3) located on top of
blade to ensure they stay folded in.
