BB2000 remote will not work both original and replacement. New batteries installed, time display correct, seat simple display is lit, seat unit is plugged in

The issue could be with the infrared (IR) signal transmission. The BB2000 remote uses an IR transmitter, which requires a clear line of sight to the IR receiver on the bidet. If the remote is not pointed directly at the receiver or is too far away, it may not work reliably. Even at a close distance (e.g., 3 feet), users have reported needing to press buttons multiple times unless the remote is removed from its holder and aimed directly at the bidet. This suggests a poorly designed IR signal system.

To change the seat on the BioBidet BB-2000:

1. Turn off the water supply to the toilet.
2. Flush the toilet and hold down the flush lever until the tank is drained.
3. Remove the existing bidet seat by sliding it forward off the mounting plate.
4. Clean any residue around the mounting area.
5. Install the new mounting plate, ensuring the tab is at the back to stop the seat from sliding too far.
6. Slide the new BB-2000 seat onto the mounting plate until it clicks into place.

We have a BB2000, our problem is that the water is not delivering the the spray novel, but is running on the outside of the tube and draining in the toilet. Is it repairable and is possible for me to dismantle the seat and access the water supply to the sprayer, so that I can repair what appears to be a leak.

If water is leaking from the main unit, the manual advises calling the service center or the place of purchase for assistance. It does not mention dismantling the seat to access the water supply for repair. Therefore, self-repair by dismantling the seat is not recommended.

To turn off the seat heater on the BioBidet BB-2000, use the remote control and press the seat temperature button until it reaches the "off" setting. The seat temperature can be adjusted to four levels: off, low, middle, and high.

Love my BB-2000 but I have a problem. After about a year of use the water spray stopped spraying. The nozzle is clear as are the screens in the connections. I have found that if I turn off the supply and disconnect at the nylon connection to the seat, then reconnect it and turnn the supply back on, it works for awhile (a few hours or overnight) then repeats the cycle. Casn you give me any suggestions?
