9 Vehicle seat belt is securely positioned and fastened.
9 Lap part of the vehicle seat belt should be worn under the armrests and rest low on the child's upper
thighs.
9 Shoulder belt lies across the center of the child's chest and is positioned at or above the child's
shoulder.
