(from 25°C to 40°C).

Proving cycle.
When finished, a buzzer sounds briefly,

The duration of the Proving
function can be from a minimum
of 1 minute to a maximum of
12 hours and 59 minutes.
Plate warming
1. Position the tray on the first shelf and
place the plates to be warmed at the
centre of it.
Do not stack plates too high. Stack
plates a maximum of 5/6 high.
