USB Front Connector Enabled/Disabled Jumper: J17
This jumper is used to enable or disable the USB front connector. If the
USB front connector is set to enabled, the top USB port at the rear I/O panel
will be disabled. If the USB Front connector is set to disabled, the USB ports at
the rear I/O panel will both be operational.
