The access port to wire in a plug will not come out. How **** I suppose to wire this up if i can not get in to the unit. looking in from the front, there is a plug on the inside that will not let it fit through the opening. What gives.

The wiring port on the Enviro G39LI may be blocked by a plug inside. To access it, you need to remove the plug that is blocking the port. The manual does not provide specific steps for this, but typically, such plugs can be removed by gently pulling or unscrewing them, depending on the design. Ensure the appliance is powered off before attempting this.
