TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
REFRIGERATOR HAS ODOR
INTERIOR LIGHT DOES NOT WORK
SMALL OR HOLLOW CUBES
CLICKING SOUND WHEN FREEZER
DRAWER IS OPENED OR CLOSED
FREEZER DRAWER NOT CLOSING

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Foods with strong odors should be tightly covered.
Check for spoiled food.
Interior needs cleaning. See Care and Cleaning.
Defrost water system beneath unit needs cleaning.
Keep open box of baking soda in refrigerator
No power at outlet.
Light bulb needs replacing. See Schedule Service.
Master light switch may be in the OFF position. Switch to ON.
SABBATH MODE may be active. See instruction to exit SABBATH MODE
Water filter clogged. Replace the filter or use the filter bypass plug.
Check for a connection to a Reverse Osmosis water system. If an RO is connected,
remove the water filter and install the orginal bypass plug that came with the unit.
This unit is equipped with a hold shut feature, which can be heard when the drawer front is within

Drawer hold -shut needs reset, open drawer fully and forcefully close.
