4 Press the header to enter the read message display:

Press lock so that when deleting all messages, the locked messages can be kept. A
will show the locked status. To unlock, press unlock.
Receiving Voicemail Messages
At the Main Menu display, press
the device will dial the Voicemail Service Centre to retrieve the voicemail.
Please go to the Message Setup Menu to edit the Voicemail service center number if you have
not done so. (See Message Setup)
Adding New Messages Folders
1 At the Message center Menu, press
2 Press New folders, and the New Folder display will appear:
3 Enter the name of the new folder and select the category. The routing allows the
messages within the folder to be send to predetermined recipients.

Press and the recipients information display will appear. Select and press OK, the
selected recipients information will be saved.
Remove Based On
: enables automatic management of folders according to your wishes.
Press Remove Based On
Remove Based On : (Please refer to the upper part of the document which has the same
function)
age : keep for a predetermined time according to delete after the number of days depends on
Delete After: field
do not remove:
Press Number : customized deletion to keep the latest number of messages depends on Keep
Last: field.
4 Press OK: The new folder will appear in the Message Center display.
