11.2 Device
Sound
- Select a ringtone for your tablet.
- Set the volume, type of ringtone and notification.
- Switch the slider to enable or disable screen lock sound, charge sound, and touch sound.
Display
Change the settings to control the display and backlight on your device.

View memory information for your device and memory card. You can format the
memory card.
WARNING!
Formatting a memory card permanently deletes all data from it.
The actual available capacity of the internal memory is less than the specified capacity
because the operating system and default applications occupy part of the memory.
Battery
View the amount of battery power consumed by your device.
Apps
Manage running applications, move applications to or from the storage card, and install or
uninstall programs.
11.3 Personal settings
Location access
Select the sources to use when determining your location.
- Access to my location: Set to use Wi-Fi for finding the current location.
- Wi-Fi: Let apps use Google's location service to estimate your location faster.
Security
Set a screen lock or manage the credential storage.
Accessibility
Use settings after loading and setting accessibility tools — for instance, voice-over screen
reader. You can enable or disable accessibility tools.
11.4 Accounts
Add and manage email accounts (Google etc.).
