8. Keeping the membrane moist
If the RoMatik 150 is to be taken out of operation for more than 2 weeks (disconnected from power and
water supply), the membrane has to be moistened by Winterhalter after-sales service, who should be
notified again before operation is resumed after the break.
9. Requirements for the Untreated Water (raw water)
The feed water must conform to the specifications of the Ordinance on Drinking Water:

The conductivity of the clean water depends on the conductivity and the temperature of the raw water.
If raw water conductivity of greater than 1500 µs/cm exists, conductivity of the clean water of 80 µs/cm can
only be achieved when the raw water temperature is lower by a corresponding amount.
