Descriptions and Solutions
Inappropriate temperature
Case1.
Pops up when the 'RUN TEST' button is touched on the home screen, or the 'RUN QC TEST' button is touched.
Case2.
Pops up when the temperature is out of test range.
Solution: Move the device to the recommended operating temperature (15 - 30°C, 59 - 86°F) and
wait until device temperature decreases to below 30°C (86°F).
Low battery
Case1.
Pops up when the 'RUN TEST' button is touched on the home screen, or the 'RUN QC TEST' button is touched
at 14% battery level.
Case2.
Pops up when the battery level is 14% and the user touched Next to proceed to the next level of the QC test.
Solution: Connect the analyzer to a power source.
