    _______________________ Usage JVC110RIDER is a ride-on industrial/commercial machine is used to scrub rough and smooth hard surfaces such as concrete, ceramic tile floor, stone, and synthetic materials, etc. Typically, this machine is solely designed for cleaning smooth flooring in an indoor environment like schools, hospitals/health care facilities, office buildings, and marketplace, but it is not allowed to use it on ground surface, grassland, artificial turf, or carpeted areas, neither can it be used for road cleaning.

    FOR SAFETY: Stop the machine on a smooth surface when leaving or servicing it, turn it off and remove the key. The water injection hole for solution tank is located at the left side of machine. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    NOTE: When filing the solution tank with a bucket, make sure that it is clean. Do not use the same bucket for filling and draining the machine. ATTENTION: For conventional scrubbing, only use recommended cleaning detergents. Machine damage due to improper detergent usage, such as washing powder, will void the manufacturer's warranty.     FOR SAFETY: Do not operate the machine unless operator manual is read and understood. 1. Turn the ON/OFF key switch on. 2. Press brush motor switch and vacuum motor switch. Lay the brush and squeegee assembly down. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)
  • Page 12 6. The brake pedal can be used to control the machine if quicker stopping is needed or if operating on an incline. DO not operate machine on inclines exceeding 7%(4°). FOR SAFETY: Operate slowly on inclines or smooth surfaces when using the machine. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    Do not operate the machine in areas where the temperature exceeds 43 C(110°F). Scrubbing function • cannot be used in areas where the temperature is lower than 0 C (32°F). Maximum rated slope is 7% during operation. Maximum rated inclination for transporting the machine • is 19.25%. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    Scrubbing function will be automatically shut off during excessive operations with left light blinking to prevent the battery cells from running out. Charge the battery cells immediately in this case. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    4. Lift recovery tank cover; flush the tank inside with clean water. Do not use flammable materials in the tank in case of explosion or fire. Do not clean the tanks with steam as excessive heat can damage tanks and components. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)
  • Page 16 8. Close recovery tank cover; make sure there are no foreign matters around, as shown below. Drain and Clean Solution Tank 1. Remove solution tank drain cap at the bottom of the machine, remove solution tank cap on the left and fill clean water into the machine to rinse the tank. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    9. No arbitrary disassembly of battery is allowed in case of danger. 10. Waste batteries must be recycled. Do not abandon them to avoid pollution in the environment. 11.     Hold the left brush with both hands and turn it counterclockwise to remove it; hold the right brush with both hands and turn it clockwise to remove it. Do it reversely when installing the brushes. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    56 cm ~ 57 cm; cement floor is: 55 cm~56 cm. As is indicated in the following image, adjust the height of universal squeegee wheels. The height between the squeegee and the ground is subject to the distance between the squeegee support and the ground. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)

    6. Fasten the rack of the machine with ropes, and then tie the ropes to the truck or trailer to prevent the machine from inclining. FOR SAFETY: Fix the machine to the truck or trailer sweep during transportation. Johnny Vac V1 (14-10)
