IMPORTANT
- New equipment is guaranteed for a period of 90 days (legal guarantee), plus 275 days of contractual guarantee, totaling 365 days,
counting from the date of issue of the invoice.
- The repaired equipment is guaranteed for a period of 90 days (legal guarantee), plus 93 days of contractual guarantee, totaling
183 days, counting from the date of issue of the invoice.
WARRANTY
- The warranty is granted in case of defects in the manufacture of the product or in the materials used in the production.
- It is essential that the customer informs us about the conditions of installation and operation of the equipment for analysis of coverage of
the guarantee.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
- Operator malfunction;
- Misuse or accidents of any nature;
- Defects or damage caused by prolonged equipment downtime;
- Installation of the equipment outside the catalog specifications (flow range, sand content, Ph, tolerance, etc .;
- Damage caused by adverse power supply conditions, such as:
· Overvoltage or undervoltage;
· Oscillations in power supply;
· Tension surges;
· Atmospheric electrical discharge, among others.
END OF WARRANTY:
- By the end of the validity period;
- Interventions or opening of equipment and/or use of improper or unauthorized accessories;
- Provision of assistance services by non-qualified and unauthorized persons.
The manufacturer certifies the quality of its product and will provide due guarantee at its headquarters. However, it is not responsible for the
costs of removal and installation, any losses and damages, and loss of profits resulting from the equipment shutdown, as well as its misuse.
