Select a corresponding die for the pipe to be bent according to the mark indicated on each
•
die. Then place the selected die over the end of the Ram (2) of the Hydraulic Bottle Jack
(H). See fi gure 1

Remove the B-Shaped Cotter Pin (F) from the two Roll Pins (D) and slide the Roll Pins out
of the Guide Rollers (C), then remove the Guide Rollers from the Base.
•
Place the pipe to be bent on the die to determine appropriate mounting holes for Guide
•
Rollers. Please note that the pipe should rest accurately between the Guide Rollers and
the die.
•
Remove the pipe from the die.
•
Hold one of the Guide Rollers between the two upper plates of the Base (A) and align the
Guide Roller to the determined holes. Then insert a Roll Pin into the holes of both upper
plates through the Guide Roller.
•
Fix the Guide Roller in position with a B-Shaped Cotter Pin.
•
Repeat step 4 and step 5 for the other Guide Roller.
8. BEND THE PIPE
CAUTION! Inspect the tool for damaged, loose and missing parts before use. If a problem is
found, do not use the tool until the problem has been corrected.
