Troubleshooting

PROBLEM
Too much noise
The nebulizer
does not run
Water drops have
formed in the air
hose.
NOTE: If the device is not functioning correctly in spite of inspections
effected, contact the iHerz
FACTOR
No filter in the unit.
Compressor switch
is off.
Nebulizer was not
cleaned after its previ-
ous use.
Air hose is bent.
The filter is clogged.
No medication is left.
The cap is not at-
tached properly.
The medication was
overfilled.
The nebulizer kit was
washed but not dried.

SOLUTION
Put a filter in the unit.
Turn the unit on.
Clean the unit.
Remove any bends or
kinks in the air hose.
Replace the filter.
Add the appropriate
amount of medication pre-
scribed by your physician
to the cup.
Reattach the cap.
Add appropriate amount
of medication to cup, con-
nect the air hose to the air
compressor, and turn the
unit on.
Open and close the nebu-
lizer kit repeatedly until the
drops disappear.
