DESCRIPTION
This modification kit provides instructions and parts to replace the CI2580-410 GPS/VHF/XM Antenna with
a CI2580-200 Antenna and a CI420-10 Antenna.
APPROVAL
FAA approval has been obtained on technical data in this publication that affects airplane type design.

- Page 3 Remove unnecessary U060031 Sealant. Remove all sealant surfaces other than the bottom of the CI2580-200 VHF/GPS Antenna. (Refer to Figure 1, Detail A and View A-A (172), Figure 2, Detail A and View A-A (182), or Figure 3, Detail A and View A-A (206).) With the four MS24693S53 Screws, install one CI2580-200 VHF/GPS Antenna in the position where you removed the CI2580-410 VHF/GPS Antenna #2.
- Page 4 Put the AVIONICS MASTER switches to the ON position. With the large and the small FMS knobs on the MFD, go to the AUX - GPS STATUS page. In the GPS STATUS box, make sure that the GPS SOLUTION shows 3D NAV or 3D DIFF NAV and the SBAS shows ACTIVE.
