Configuring VCS ID and Rbridge-ID

Refer to Brocade documentation for details on VCS and ethernet fabric. The following commands shows
the steps to configure the rbridge-id and VCS id to 2 on the second switch so that it doesn't conflict with
the default value of 1 on Switch 1. VDX 6740 is in Fabric Cluster mode by default and configuration change
is not required for the mode.
