PROBLEM
1. Compressor will not start with
initial pressure.
2. Compressor gets excessively
hot.
3. Compressor keeps on releasing
air when stopping use.
4. Compressor generates too little
air
5. Safety valve is dripping

Damaged fuse
Tank with pressure
Motor broken down
Damaged pressure switch
Damaged fuse
Loose cable
Switch would not release air circuit
Voltage drop in the line
Overload
Defective retention valve
Dirty air filter
Defective valves
Condensation-water drain nozzle is
open
Pressure is too high
Defective safety valve
