2. ANATOMY AND USAGE 2.1 FRONT PANEL Instrument input for high gain. Instrument input for low gain. VOLUME KNOB Controls the volume level of the amplifier. STANDBY SWITCH This turns on the high voltage to the tubes. The tubes should warm up for at least one minute before turning Standby switch to ON.
