Troubleshooting - XM Radio
Cause
Your XM Radio receiver is not activated
You may not be authorized to receive that
channel
The XM signal is blocked
This message may appear when driving inside
a tunnel or under obstacles
The XM antenna is not connected
The antenna cable is damaged
The selected channel is not in service
This information may not be available for
some music channels, news channels, or
when there is no song playing

Verify your subscription with XM

Move vehicle from obstructed area
(such as inside a tunnel or a garage)
Make sure the antenna has a clear view
of the sky
Check XM antenna connection
Check for pinched or cut antenna cable
Try another channel
