Installing Batteries in Remote Controller Open battery cover on controller and correctly insert six 1.5V AA batteries. Close cover and tighten screws.(see the figure) Rechargeable Battery Connect the battery to the charger. Steering Gear Adjustment To adjust the turning radius of your model, turn the Servo fine-adjusting knob (as pictured). Turning clockwise will decrease your turning radius (for a sharp, aggressive turns), while counter-clockwise will give a greater turning radius (for a wider turn).
