Troubleshooting

Problem
The amount of gas in the
water gradually drops
The spill tray quickly fills
with water
The amount of gas in the
water is low but your gas
consumption is high

Possible cause
The gas cylinder is empty
The gas cylinder is too
cold
The water bottle is
overfull
The washer on the
cylinder holder is missing
or leaking

Remedy
Replace the cylinder
Wait until the cylinder
warms up
Do not fill bottles above
the maximum volume
mark
Change the washer. New
washers can be ordered
from AGA's customer
service
