8.3 Maintenance and Repair

ATTENTION!
- Maintenance and repair work may only be carried
out by qualified personnel.
- Only use original spare parts in case of repair.
- After servicing / repair, all safety devices must be
returned to the unit before it can be put into ser-
vice.
If the dehumidifier does not work properly, contact a
dealer or our customer service. The contact details can
be found in chapter 1.2 Customer Service. All protective
and safety equipment must be reinstalled immediately
after repair and maintenance work has been completed.

Maintenance of the water pump
The pump is equipped with a quick connection con-
struction. When maintenance is required, the conden-
sate hose, float switch ports, and power cord to the
pump can be easily disconnected. The pump can be re-
moved from the container using a flat screwdriver. The
dehumidifier is equipped with an integrated condensate
pump, which pumps the condensate from the dehumidi-
fier into the desired drain. This pump requires routine
maintenance.

Cause
1. Mains voltage is missing
