- Page 2 EASTMAN CAUTION This machine is equipped with a sharpe knife. Keep hands away from bottom of knifebox at all times. When machine is not in operation the knifebox should be kept at lowest point in elevator travel. Be sure power supply is disconnected before beginning any service, adjustment or repair.
- Page 3 MAINTENANCE Replace Sharpening Stones Sharpen Knife Bring knife block to operators' end of machine and raise elevator to top of travel. Disconnect knifebox power plug from Bring knife block to operators' end of machine and raise socket in front cover. Remove cutting block assembly by elevator to top of travel.
