damage has occurred due to a defect in materials
or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by use of the
product with non Garmin products; (iv) damage
caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood,
fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (v)
damage caused by service performed by anyone
who is not an authorized service provider of
Garmin; or (iv) damage to a product that has been
modified or altered without the written permission
of Garmin.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED
BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE WARRANTIES
AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE
EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER
WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL, WRITTEN,

INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY

overhauled replacement product) the product
or component parts or offer a full refund of
the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH

EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF
WARRANTY. When a refund is given, the product
for which the refund is provided must be returned to
Garmin and becomes Garmin property.
