First/Second/Third Boot Device
The items allow you to set the sequence of boot devices where BIOS
attempts to load the disk operating system. The settings are:
Floppy
LS120
HDD-0
SCSI
CDROM
HDD-1
HDD-2
HDD-3
ZIP
LAN
Disabled
Boot Other Device
Setting the option to Enabled allows the system to try to boot from other
device if the system fails to boot from the First/Second/Third boot device.
Swap Floppy Drive
This setting switches the floppy disk drives between being designated as
A and B. Setting options: Disabled, Enabled.
Boot Up Floppy Seek
This setting causes the BIOS to search for floppy disk drives at boot time.
When enabled, the BIOS will activate the floppy disk drives during the
boot process: the drive activity light will come on and the head will move
back and forth once. First A: will be done and then B: if it exists. Setting
options: Disabled, Enabled.
Report No FDD For WIN 95
This setting determines whether or not to report no FDD for Win 95.
Setting options: Yes, No.
Console Redirection
The sub-menu handles Console Redirection, which operates in host systems
that do not have a monitor and keyboard attached. To operate the system's
console redirection, you need a terminal supporting ANSI terminal protocol
and a RS-232 null modem cable connected between the host system and terminal
The system will boot from floppy drive.
The system will boot from LS-120 drive.
The system will boot from the first HDD.
The system will boot from the SCSI.
The system will boot from the CD-ROM.
The system will boot from the second HDD.
The system will boot from the third HDD.
The system will boot from the fourth HDD.
The system will boot from ATAPI ZIP drive.
The system will boot from the Network drive.
Disable this sequence.
